I created this page for a challenge at Artful Times. Made q.shapes with rounded corners and filled with various colours. Replicated and used to make the background pattern. Added a black strip which really made the colours pop. Word art has white edging and shadow. Thanks to Karen's Whimsey for Butterfly graphic.
