This was back in 96 I think at the boys school's centenary celebrations. One had on his dad's navy top, and their pants were sweat pants with the elastic pulled up to the knee, giving them the old fashioned 'bloomer' look. The leather boots they had on were fashionable at the time and fitted the outfit nicely :)
