Oh Betty what a wonderful page and tribute to such a wonderful namesake.
When I saw your poem I hollered at my hubby so I could read it to him. We both had tears in our eyes when I finished reading it, we both have memories of our own grandma's and their aprons .. in fact just 2 days ago hubby and I were talking about that ... I love this sooooomuch I gotta scoop it up and put it in my favs.
