Dearest friends and fans,

Hello to all my friend and fans. I HAVE MISSED YOU SO!! First I like to say, how much I have missed you all and still are. Most of you didn't know that we were away for our yearly and annual holiday in Germany. We had 2 and a halve weeks of holiday in Eisenhnar (Germany) and another weekend in another town called Dornburg also in Germany. In Dornburg we attend an old timers weekend held by an old timers club.
Thereafter we came home for 3 days, and then went to our own club's camping weekend in The Netherlands.I must say, it feels good to be home, in my own proper bed and everything at his own speed. It was great fun and just lovely seeing people that you haven't seen in awhile. Ofcourse there were also hardworking times and very very late nights. On Friday afternoon while tidying up, something went wrong with my back. At frist, I though I was just streching out wrong and that it nothing to worry about. I went further with the cleaning of tables etc When I was finished I couldn't walk up straight anymore and my legs went numb to the point where I had to pull my legs forward on the material of my pants.

I was so dissapointed because it was also a very important weekend in our own club and for Corné my husband. He is in the organisation of our club. I have looked forward so much to help out. As we speak, I am still in bed with my back and it feels better. If it gets worse than I'll have to force myself to go to a doctor. Doctors, hospitals and needles aren't my friends. I really hope to be up and about soon, and start creating scrap pages again. You know when I was just a little girl, I didnt know pain, actaully, it didn't matter what type of pain your in then, in my situation there was no time for things like that. You work hard, be proud of yourself and your achievements and have an enormously good feeling if you have made some one happy or smiling. I say today to my husband Corné, I was so good in holding back my tears. Then I look at him, and said: Thank you my love. He looked at me with his deep blue eyes and I could feel myself getting sentimental. He softly asked...for what?? And I answered. for bringing out the best in me and loving me the you do. I just want you all to know, what your lovenly support, love, understanding and friendship means to me. I know it might sound or come over as a cliché since I have not met any of you, but I can honestly say with all my heart and being, that I have the most warm hearted friends here that I have ever had, besides my first and atmost only true friend my darling husband (Corné) Thank you for everthing, I appreciate everything more than you will ever know. I will unfortunately take it very easy till my back is well again. I have too, because in 6 weeks we have to go to Germany again for another old timer show.

My appreciation

Thank you to all my friend and fans for your beautiful comments and votes. Your simply the best! One day I am going to organize a meeting and then perhaps 5 years later a reunion of all of us. Wouldn't that be great as a Scrapbook family? In most case I think, our Scrapbook Flair family is all that we have. I have met the most kindest and warm hearted people here and although we have not met yet, I feel more connected to you than I have feel towards certain people I have known my whole life. Stolen memories

Don't mind me, I'm just a little sentimental today. I just uploaded the last 3 cards of an 8 part serie. It's a birthday card for my son Kevin. He wil be 22 years old and He live in South Africa and I live in The Netherlands. I have not seen him in 8 years. I was forched to leave him behind. Thank God we still have a wonderful relationship and talk regulary on the phone but, it is not the same. I missed a great deal of him growing up, the fun and the laughter we used to have and even his troubled times. I miss hugging him and telling him: I love you pumkin, as I still call him today. My biggest fear is to loose him too before I can see him. I have given 3 children to death an I am not prepared to stand him off too.I dedicate this birtday card to every parent/s whom ever lost a child/ren. I like to thank everyone for the kind words and beautiful comments. I cried when I made this card and I cried when I uploaded it to Scrapbook Flair. Later it will be converted intoo a video and be send to him. this is the biggest card and video I have ever made.

"Happy Valentine's Day Everyone"

It's 1:20 in the early hours in the morning. I spend a wonderful few days with my most wonderful love of my life. We talked about allsort of things and sometimes while watching tv, or see something funny we just laugh. This is precious moments that one never gets back again.
