Unfortunately the info panel hasn't turned out as well as I'd hoped,but it's just about the making of this piece of public art.The sculpture stands about half a mile out in the bay and looks lifesize till a bird or boat goes by then you realize how big it really is.About 3 times life size and it's just so cool!!!
