This one is for my "you never know what you're gonna see" folder. Yes, there is a 6 story high inflated rubber duck in Victoria Harbour (Hong Kong). There are articles about the designer online. I always think it is fun to watch other people as they see something unusual -- taking photos of their family or themselves. No I did not take my photo with the duck--just took photos of others taking photos!
