Sorry posted too soon,wanted to add ... you are going through a tough and very sad time.some things which happen cannot be forgotten and wouldn't want to be but this is what makes us into the individuals we are.what's happened cannot change but over a period time we get stronger and it becomes worthwhile to get up in the mornings again.take care x and look after yourself.

OMG Maggie! When my sister came up to wake me up out of a sound sleep this morning (like every other morning) I just keep wanting to keep on sleeping because I feel like I have nothing to get up for anymore. The loss of my husband and our daily activities and our own place and having our own things is getting harder than easier. It is my dog Leia that I get up for but that won't last forever. :-(
