I did this page to try some effects like Lavenderskies does. Wanted to see what a page I made for a challenge would like with effects. Hope you like it, for Kitty's group! Thanks for viewing and comments soften me up! hee You just go to effects in Paint.net and chose the softener, and work with all three levels until you get the look you want! p.s. This is Jeri-Ann on her wedding Day!
