About this scrapbook page:
if anyone is offended by this page, I apologize, I am bipolar, I can't help it.

ok, on a more serious note, I know what bipolar disorder can do to a family.
I know my family has suffered a lot because of me. But if I can't find the humor in it now, I will let all the bad stuff fester in my mind and take control again. I have to let the past go and move forward, because there is nothing I can do to change any of it.

Hi! Thanks for your comments! I love your pages, but this one in particular...Lawren, who was very close to me for years, is also Bipolar..we traveled the world together, and I often wonder if she would have gone on the road with me if she had not been bipolar, but your words were exactly words she's said to me and I witnessed....it makes me sad, but ultimately happy, because I love being sad!

YOU are an amazing person. This is a wondeful page, and you have such a great, healthy attitude about it. Thank you so much for sharing this with all of us. You are so right about moving forward and being able to find humor in the situation, it is essential to stay "fester free". I enjoy ALL of your pages :)

I can relate to the haircuts or lack there of, spending money LOTS of money and sometimes just having it feel so GOOD to be manic but then there was always the crash..you are so right though none of us can change the past....love you Lori
