ok, on a more serious note, I know what bipolar disorder can do to a family.
I know my family has suffered a lot because of me. But if I can't find the humor in it now, I will let all the bad stuff fester in my mind and take control again. I have to let the past go and move forward, because there is nothing I can do to change any of it.

I love your pages, but this one in particular...Lawren, who was very close to me for years, is also Bipolar..we traveled the world together, and I often wonder if she would have gone on the road with me if she had not been bipolar, but your words were exactly words she's said to me and I witnessed....it makes me sad, but ultimately happy, because I love being sad!
