It was all a bit of a shock.....even though I knew it was in my family. My mother and grandmother both lost limbs and died from diabetes so I've always had regular blood tests for it. Before Christmas my test said I was alright then about a month ago I had another test that came back POSITIVE...but got it under control!
Doctor said it's good we caught it so early....!
