I did this for the Mikey's school photo challenge. I have just learned this new technique called the David Hockney effect. I was thinking of putting it into a challenge, what do you all think like to give it ago. Thanks for your lovely comments and support. The David Hockney effect has other names as well (but I don't know what they are) but it makes a photo look really cool! You did a splendid job by using it with Mikey's school photo along with a terrific layout and super word art!
