Vincent Van Gogh, a pioneer in Expressionistic Art,lived more than 115 years ago. He revolutionized art into another form that artists today are being inspired by. This painting 'The Starry Night' was not painted with what he saw with his eyes, since he was institutionalized in an insane aylum at St.Remy, but strictly relied on the imagery in his mind to captured the essence
of his subject. Van Gogh is my favorite all time artist!
