Eugie was Cousin Bill's first cousin, niece of Ola Florence Ricketts. She was 1/4 Choctaw and there is a wonderful record of her in the Dawes Commission files while she was trying to claim her land allotment. We believe this picture was taken on her wedding day in 1914.
