my dad was in the marines in wwii.it was the proudest thing he did. he talked about it till the day he passed. dad was a radio tech and put some of the first radios in marine aircraft.we were always very proud of him.

What an inspirational page. I'm an Air Force brat myself. My dad was a career Air Force man who served in WWII, Korea, and Vietnam (2 tours). And we lost him on Veteran's Day - almost 19 years ago when my daughter was 6 months old. You have inspired me to create some military memorial pages in his honor!
