Are you having trouble deciding what to get some of your Scrapbook Flair Friends for Christmas. How about a Membership Upgrade. If they have already upgraded, you can buy them an upgrade to the next level. Just click on the Membership link at the bottom of the page and click on the 'gift membership' link to upgrade their membership.

I am managing my son's large retail store and have had no time for scrapping. I have no idea to whom I would notify in changing my membership from Diamond to just the basic. In the future when time permits I may upgrade again but for now I do not want to renew my membership.

If you chose the manual renew option, you don't need to do anything. Your upgrade will not be renewed. If you chose auto-renew, you will need to notify support since your upgrade will automatically renew on your renewel date.

Support is having a little trouble finding the payment. Can you ask your friend to send the confirmation to support@scrapbookflair.com. If he/she did not enter your user id exactly, it is possible the system does not know to what account to apply the membership upgrade. The system is usually completely automated. But sometimes things get lost in the system. We are so sorry for the delay.

Support was finally able to fix this. The name was wrong on the gift order so the system was not able to assign the gift membership.
