I have just downloaded adobe photoshop elements 8. And viewed many of your posts. I am interested in adding water to my photos but am unable to open the files. Please help.

Hello Sunday....Tubes are unique to Paint Shop Pro. They will not open or work in Adobe Photoshop Elements. They are similar to Stamps in some software. They are embellishments in a Paint Shop Pro unique file format. Hope this helps.
