I think I have place the Photoshop actions in the right folder to use for PSE 8, but in the effects section it shows only black. I am not sure what I am doing wrong or if maybe it's not compatible for PSE 8. It doesn't say one way or the other since I downloaded them from Deviant Art. Anyone have any clues?
