Upgraded Member Renewels
We have added a new feature for the members who would like to renew but would prefer not to use a paypal account to renew. If you click on the Member Upgrade options, you now have the option to upgrade your membership or renew your membership. This feature will allow you to renew your membership with your credit card so you do not have to use a paypal account for the renewel. We are still working out a few kinks with the auto renew. So, if you are having any problems with your upgraded membership, send a note to support@scrapbookflair.com and support will be able to fix it for you.

If you choose the auto renew option, you will be forced to use paypal. If you would prefer to use a credit card, choose the manual renew option and you will be allowed to use a credit card. We are working on some options so that you can auto renew with your credit card as well.

Here are the instructions support sent me. Let me know if this works.

1. Make sure you log out of your Paypal account before making payment.
2. If this does not work, delete thecookies on your local computer.
3. If you did not login Paypal automatically, there should be a small link on the page, normally under the login prompt. Paypal does a good job of making this link hard to find.

If she still cannot figure out, do a screen capture and send to us and we will see what was happening.

Let us know if you are able to get to the link to use your credit card.

You can pick up your coupon on your home page. Just click on 'my coupons' under your message center. Sorry for the delayed reply. I sent your message to support on the 16th and I was waiting for support to get back to me.

There has been told that I would get a remembrance when my membership was almost expired. I never got that but now I have thrown down on basic membership without any warning in advance. I just had to find out when I wanted to upload a new page. What an unfriendly way to deal with members

You should get a reminder before your membership expires. However, sometimes our emails are blocked as spam since we send out weekly newsletters. We apologize that your reminder did not get to you. It looks like you have renewed your membership. We apologize for the glitch.

I heard back from support. This should work now. Paypal does a good job of making the credit and debit feature hard to find so that you will use a paypal account instead. Let us know if you have trouble with it next year.

There are upgrade buttons in the membership page;however, how do I get down to a basic membership from a diamond one. Tried last year and was charged for the diamond again. I don't scrap much right now and like to downgrade.

If you are on an auto-renew, you will need to notify support and paypal to cancel your auto-renew. If you are on a manual renew, your membership will revert back to basic if you do not renew your membership.
