Not able to add photos to a scrapbook page

I just downloaded this software onto my laptop and for some reason I am not able to add images to the scrapbook pages. I select "add image" and it comes up with the Image Explorer screen with "Desktop" listed, but nothing happens when I double click on the desktop. This also happens when I select "Use my own embellishments". Am I missing a step?

		MaggieM says: Hi Jennunder. If you double click on "desktop" your Explorer will give you the sub catagories for explorer. You can navigate to your Picture folder via Windows Explorer. Hope this helps. Apr 12, 2012

		jennunder says: Yes the "Image Explorer" comes up and on the left side all it shows is the "Desktop" icon and nothing else. It has always worked fine on my desktop, just can't seem to get it to work on my laptop. Apr 18, 2012

		MaggieM says: Jenn, I would think it should work the same...however you might try sending support a message, detailing what you have tried see if they can figure it out for you. The only other suggestion I would have would be to save the download for the software to your desktop and install from there. Good Luck!! Apr 20, 2012
