happened again like last year - i paid for diamond yet when it was automatically renewed it just did silver and now can't upload pages. why does this keep happening. how do i get the diamond back?

I just checked with support. Your Diamond membership expired on 6/24/12. You paid for the silver upgrade renewel but not for diamond. You will need to pay the difference to renew your diamond membership. If you are auto-renew for both memberships send a note to support. They can cancel the silver auto-renew after you upgrade to diamond.
