We have had a few glitches with members getting dropped back to lower level memberships on the auto-renew feature. Most of these instances involve members who set up to auto-renew a silver membership on paypal and have then upgraded to a higher level membership. Paypal will continue to auto-renew your silver membership each year which will knock you back down to a silver membership. We can fix this if it happens. So, just send a note to support. We are working with paypal to cancel the lower level membership when you upgrade to a higher level membership. However, in the meantime, you may want to cancel your silver auto-renew at paypal when you upgrade to a higher level. We apologize for the glitch and are working to fix it.
