Just gone to upload a page and got a message saying I had reached my page limit - Checked my pages @ 465 then checked my home page to find my silver badge had disappeared. My payment is on automatic renewal and I even got my 2 free print vouchers a couple of months ago ---------
Please Rae Ann can you sort it out ASAP xxxxxxx

I checked with support and you cancelled your auto-renew and your silver membership expired. You will need to manually renew or re-activate your auto-renew by clicking on the membership link below to restore your silver membership.
