Quick Pages
I have learned through help from Maggie how to make the QP's in Paint.Net. I make the page and it has the checkered(transparent) before I save it. I was told to save it as a PNG file. But its shows up with solid white in the opening for the photos. And I am able to insert a photo fien, But when I upload it to SBF , the opening is black, and I pull it back out to see if it will work and my photos will not go into the opening. But I have some QP's I have made in the past, and they have the white opening, and the pics go in fine. I guess what I am asking is how do you upload the QP's so that if me or others want the pages to use they can insert their photos with no problem. I have done this in the past, Why want it work now? LOL I am using Paint.Net to make the actual QP, then saving it as PNG and then finishing up the page. Do you upload as a PNG or JPEG file to SBF to the challenges. I need that white opening for my photos to go in as to what I am seeing with the pages I have. Thanks very much for any help on this. Charlotte

Charlotte, I believe what happens and what I did, was make the QP and save as a .png, just as you mentioned. That is the only way to use the QP. However for viewing in a challenge I have uploaded it as a .jpg file. Then if anyone wants to use the file, they can contact you, and you can then send them the full .png file. This will also save you upload time. It also needs less space for storage on the website. Hope this helps you.

So what you are saying Maggie is that you cannot use anyones QP's unless they send you the page with the png file. But I remember way back there was Challenge where someone wanted QP's to use. So how did she save all the pages to use? Thanks for your help.

When you want to download a qp you have to download it as png otherwise it will go in your files as jpeg and you can`t put your photo under. So I guess that`s where it went wrong when you pulled it back.
