When uploading a JPEG page of an acceptable size, the page uploads without error but fails to show as a thumbnail - just a red cross where the thumbnail image should be. When clicking on the red cross, the page uploads in full size perfectly OK but simply cannot be seen as a thumbnail. I have experienced this problem before & was advised by Rae Ann that the file may be too large or be using unacceptable characters. That is not the case now nor was it then. I am unable to successfully upload any pages that can be viewed in the normal way as a thumbnail. The problem disappeared as if by magic overnight on the last occasion. Is anyone else experiencing this problem? I would appreciate a helpful answer from SBF support please - my PC has been cleaned & rebooted & my router shut down & reloaded. All s/ware updates are bang up to date. My membership is Gold and I am nowhere near my page limit. A response from SBF would be much appreciated. Thank you, Pauline
