A little info from me.
Hi.
When I did not have the opportunity to renew my membership here at SBF without having to use Paypal I will probably not be that much online here.
I have written a mail to support about the problem in November 2, but has not yet received any help or answers.This, I think is poor service from SBF's turn, and I also can't fuss at Rae Ann whenever support fails.Therefore, I want to thank everyone who has supported me with nice comments on my pages.

So sorry to hear that you were having trouble with paypal. I checked with support and we did not receive your message. We are not sure why. However, you can pay with a credit card or a money order. Paypal likes to make the credit card option really hard to find so that you don't see the option and think that you have to use paypal. But you don't. You should see a pay with credit card option when you go into paypal. If you are not finding it, let us know and I can have support send you the screen capture. I haven't done it in awhile. So, I forget where they hide the credit card option. We will be happy to help in anyway we can.

I talked to someone in support today since I did not see your email in the support email report on November 2nd. I talked to one of our team members who did remember your email and sent a response. We are not sure why you did not get our response. But it is possible that our response was blocked as spam. Since you are in Norway, your paypal interface is different than ours. If you can send a screen capture to support@scrapbookflair.com we can work with you to figure out where you need to go to get to the credit card option. If you would rather not deal with paypal, you can send a money order. We are working on an option so that we do not have to use paypal. But currently we use paypal to process our memberships. I hope this helps.

I've had a terrible time with paypal lately! They said it looked like my account had been breached (but there were no purchases or attempts in my history), and that I had to try to validate my account by phone. I clicked the button, my phone rang, I answered it and entered the 4 digit code they said to put in, and then hung up as requested,,, and a note popped up on paypal to say that I did not pass the validation (??????) and now they are sending me a letter by mail to validate instead. WHAT? Ugh. I haven't used paypal in a year now because of problems that make no sense. I have a purchase to pay for on Ebay that only accepts money order (which costs almost as much as what I bought), or paypal. Annoying!

I hope this gets sorted out Pelle!!!
