Trouble uploading page.
It's happening again and I'm fed up. I have tried 4 times to upload my Alphabet page for the challenge. It's the lowest level I can make it and it still won't come through. I'm busy here with visitors so I can't spend any more time - I might try again in a couple of days. This isn't the first time - it has happened for the last 4 pages that I have done and I'm on the verge of giving up on SBF. I have tried removing pages, although I haven't reached my quota yet, so I'm stuck. Have a great Christmas everyone. Joce.

Thanks Yvonne and Stacey. Here we are Boxing Day over here and I've just succeeded in posting the page - very frustrating. Others have the same problem I do - wish Support would look into it.
We had temps in the 30s and very humid - spent all of Christmas day outside in the garden, in the shade of trees, and it was even too hot there. Have a couple of days free of visitors but have so much to catch up on. I'll be back soon.

Joce - This may or may not help you. Download the SBF digital imaging web site. Wherever you make your pages save the finished page as a JPG and save into you own folder. Open the SBF web site and pull in your page as a back ground then upload from there (its the share button) I have always used SBF web site and have never had a problem uploading plus I never lost any pages when those servers crashed xxx

I have the SBF software but now never use it. OK I'll give that a try I suppose it's just a case of getting used to it. I always save as jpeg and use the upload button on my home page and that's when I get the problems. After losing pages when it crashed I did use SBF to re-post them so I think I know how to do it. Thank's Madeline for your help and suggestion. Happy New Year to you and your family. Hope you are feeling better.
