Support suppose to know if you on autorenewal. It is a problem if you get a new number. I`ve been struggling for over a year now with pay-pal since my bank changed some things and I got a new credit card with another number. For some shops I can`t buy kits because of that. If I remember well I could click "no paypal account" when I wanted to pay my renewal after Pay pal refused my new card.

Send a note to support and they can tell you if you are on auto-renew. You can manually renew if your paypal is not working.
