Fabulous photos to express/show what is happening and getting in the way of the festival! Where I used to live... in the year 1972 and then again in September 2011 (the latter year I was away in Tucson Arizona) the flooding was so bad that travel came to a stop from New York State to Pennsylvania. My sister and brother-in-law had to evacuate their house for 3 months and have it entirely redone.
