With this page, I needed the ballerinas dress to be green so in photoshop I went to Image/adjustments/hue saturation. Go to the drop down list and click on the current color you want to change. With the eydropper tool (the one without the minus and plus)click the area you want to change and slide the hue slider back and forth until you get the right color you want. You can also play around with saturation which will give it a bright neon look.
