This is our god-daughter Nichole she wa born with a strawberry nose and has lived with it her whole life she is 16 years old and emailed me today to tell me she has her operation on 18th of Janury she is so excited. A beautiful natured girl with a heart of gold thats had to put up with a lot of teasing throughtout her life.
