made for the "Making Elements" challenge. As a paper scrapped I've made tag similiar to this using shaped hand punches and ink and a circle punch. I hadn't thought to recreate that until this challenge came up. Several of my paper pages have tags similiar to this one.

designed on pse 7.
kit used for background and to decorated tag "my sweetheart" from Jaelop. started with pink rectangle.2nd layer was the floral cookie cutter in white. Duplicate and flip to make top. merge all. magic wand to extract white design from bottom, paint bucket to change color of top pattern. marque tool for rectangle topper with paint bucket same shade as pink background. Circle marque to punch holes in header and top floral design.
