Made this for the "childhood tv icons " challenge. Hobo Kelly was a Los Angeles children's program in the 60's and 70's. she wore big glasses and had a big machine with a crank that would drop toys out. One lucky child daily won the prizes. Unfortunately, I wasn't one of the lucky winners. We watched her every morning before going to school.
