The background was from the 'Whimsical Gargen' collection by Gigi.
Everything else but the frame I made!!
The cherish & smile are suppose to be plastic tags ((i have some & i tried to mimic them)) I also made ones that say memories & remember & the circle & diamond i'm not sure what their suppose to be but I actually did them---if anyone would want some let me know!
