ROFL - this is my family favourite too. I make gift packs for all my friends and workmates for Christmas. I have one friend who is crazy about hazelnuts, so I combine ground hazelnut powder with the biscuit crumbs and butter and used chopped hazelnuts for the topping. Going to have to rethink my page now 8-). Well done
