My Granddaughter Faith had her naming Ceremony on 3rd June 2012, it was her first birthday on the 2nd June. I wrote this Poem for her and read it during the Ceremony. A Naming ceremony is the equivalent to a Christening. My Son and Daughter in law have decided to let Faith choose her own religious Path when she is old enough. Faith has been Named and it is recorded by a minister.

I am glad that you like it, I made it short and sweet, because I knew that I would be emotional, and I was! I blubbed all the way through it LOL. I have no idea why I was so emotional, I am a published poet, and have recited my poetry in public many times, I even wrote and read a poem out at my mums funeral and did not shead a tear, yet when I read Faiths Poem out I sobbed like a child !
