Thank you for visiting my blog. The School is doing a fantastic job with teaching our children tolerance. I am lucky to have a school that not only teaches but involves themselves in the children as people as well as students. Our principal is the best!

My children are in middle school and high school now but I remember the days of Field Day. I think your child's school is doing a wonderful thing by calling it an Olympic and letting different countries be adopted so they can learn about other cultures. We must teach our children to embrace diversity an dbe tolerant of other countries and peoples. The school should use this as a pilot program to teach and encourage other schools across the nation (or the world) to do the same. Tolerance is a wonderful thing and if we teach the kids to understand it and practice it what a better place our world will be. I hope your son does well today. I just started my first blog today too and would love to have you read it and comment. Have a great day and keep scrappin' and bloggin'!
