I've seen on forum, that lot of you would like to create own scrapbooking embelishments. I can help the first steps. How to create a tag? Simple ...LOL.. A rectangle and a hole on it... This time I am sharing a simple tag tutorial, how to create a shape and use it for scrapping. Those can use, who have PSP, I have PSP9, but in any other version can be created.
