Glynn:Tommi Glynn is the scothish word for “Beautiful valley”. You would think that a name as beautiful as Glynn would belong to a professional ballet dancer, or a type of butter fly. The name Glynn is the crème de la crème of all names, but Tommi, is not. How on Earth could a beautiful and graceful thing be paired with such a monstrosity? Tommi gets caught on your tongue. Saying it is like biting into an orange slice, only to find a seed. Where was my mother’s head, when she named me? What was she thinking? Couldn’t I have a beautiful and flowing first name? Something like Bella, or Alice, or even Rosalie would be perfect. Yes, Alice Glynn. Now that is like cutting into a stick of butter that has been sitting out, rather than Tommi Glynn, which feels kinda’ like molasses in the late December.
