Another blog...

...just what I need. Well, as it turns out, I post redundant information (in general) on my photography site/blog and deviantART journal, so this will likely just be added that!

I happened upon ScrapbookFlair while searching templates for a project I'm working on for my best friend. Mother's Day is a few days away, and I'm attempting, for the first time, to create a scrapbook for someone else. I'm using photography that I've done (of her flowers and gardens) and hoping to scrap in quotes, thoughts, and, well, scraps that express how our friendship has evolved and how her guidance and acceptance and patience has changed my life. That's pretty sappy, eh? Meh!! :-)

I've never really used digital templates or digital methods of scrapbooking, so I'm anxious to see how it turns out. It appears that huge strides have been made in the area, and things are as...tacky or low quality as they used to be. I'm really anxious and excited to get started...

So, off I go!! <3
