Wispy Elements/Stacked Papers?

When you say "just add some wispy elements to the border or whatever your creativity dictates" are these elements from a kit or that we created from our paper? If so, can we also stack our paper?

I would prefer that you created them yourself, but elements from a kit are okay, and yes you can stack your paper, as long as any papers stacked are ones you created
