When I download your elements I get a white border

all around it and another member told me she had the same thing. When I downloaded your Sweets-hearts and roses kit I didn't have that to happen but I went back to that kit and it's now doing the same thing, has white border all around.
Do you know why this is happening and has any one else mentioned it?
