Author Banda says: I had a query on what a split image is, according to a craft book I have it's any image or object which isn't presented as a whole. It can be split/separated by a frame, border or shape ( as in windows or picture frames) It can also be separated by sizes, colours or stacking (to give a 3D effect). The craft book I have is mostly referring to paper craft but I imagine it can be said for digital also. Hope this helps Jun 21, 2016
