1) The pictures can be of different buildings provided they are connected by being in a complex of buildings, or are a sister building such as 2 churches, but they still would have to comply with the distance requirements.

2) The pictures should preferably be of the building, but pictures of a person or item that is RELEVANT to the building will be permitted.
