private posting first is ok - it's obviously a fresh scrap. only those that had been publicly posted before the challenge date are disqualified. i don't know why sbf changed, but it used to be that when i upload privately and then publicly, the upload date changed to when it was posted publicly, now it retains its first private posting date. :)
