I would like to try out a new idea here of having a panel of members to resolve any dispute about compliance. If you would like to volunteer to be on this panel please pm me. The panel will consist of 7 members and all will be kept secret. The first 7 pm get it. The findings of the panel in the case of a dispute will be posted in the challenge discussion without mentioning any names.
Any member notified of a non-compliant page has the right to invoke the panel. No pages will be pulled for at least 24 hours after the member has been notified.
All notifications will be posted here, and to invoke the panel just say abracadabra - no seriously - just say "I invoke the panel" as a reply to the notification HERE.
Of course I sincerely hope that we will never need the panel, but this is an experiment just in case.
