WOW, if this is being featured in other site then the winner icon is HOT! Well, I was just wondering, is it allowed for inactive members ( members who haven't posted a single page in their homepage) to join in voting when they seem to appear only when there are challenges like this? I hope everything is fair.

I noticed that there are 67 members that have joined this challenge and only 34 scrapbook pages entered...I sure hope that people aren't just joining so they can only vote for the pages they want. I just hope the voting is fair since it is for only challenge members only to vote.
