Ummm, everything on the internet is copyrighted. If you state on your page on the information part where you got the picture from and who drew it then your fine.

Well, no. Her website specifically says that her work cannot be used at all without her permission. Therefore, every time her work is posted on this website, it's a violation of copyright law, which can get SBF into a lot of trouble.

I had a similar problem with a challenge that I hosted.

From Zindy's home page (left hand column)...

"Please do not copy/re-draw any of my drawings or use them without my permission.
Please remember that everything is copyrighted."

You might want to contact her and let her know about the challenge, etc., and see if she'll grant permission to use her work.

I have wondered the same thing Nightmajk .. I will wait to see what the decision will be on this one .. I guess what we could do is ask permission ourselves to use the art?

I went to Zindy's website again and looked further into her copyright rules ..Unfortunately we are NOT allowed to use just anything we choose to. There are only 23 drawings that we are allowed to use (free drawings).. I am posting the link for you to read yourself and to see the list of drawings allowed to use.. I hope this makes things more clear for all of you..
