FYI - Cheap Printing Sizes

As a former print designer, I can tell you that the cheapest size to print is 4.25"x5.5". This is because you can get 4 on one standard (8.5x11) sheet of paper (if you are in the United States). Then, you simply cut in half both ways and you have 4 copies.
