Glitch with the Requirements and Icon

Unfortunately there seems to be a glitch with the challenges. When I try to add the icon or add requirements it tells me I cant create another challenge. What the system doesnt seem to understand is that this challenge IS ALREADY CREATED!
at any rate, I'm hoping to get this fixed before the challenge starts but please note in the meantime that it is a requirement to include 5 elements corresponding to the autumn equinox/mabon.
